The property consists of 28 cartons, 16 packs various brands, unstamped, non-Master Settlement Agreement (MSA), cigarettes; 39 cartons, 69 packs, 23 sticks various brands, unstamped cigarettes; 9 cartons, 14 packs various brands, unstamped, Nevada stamped cigarettes; 24 cartons, 46 packs, 15 sticks various brands, unstamped, Missouri stamped cigarettes; 14 grams of cannabis flower, branded, 403 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 2,970 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34016 and 30436, and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 on September 11, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. from Nash Enterprise Inc., DBA: Hi5 Gifts N Toba, located at 1190 MacDonald Ave., Ste. E, Richmond, CA 94801-3169.
