This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on March 25, 2026, at 8:20 p.m. from Wongs USA Investments Group LLC DBA: Hibear/South Centrals Finest/Kush Kingz located at 9800 S.
