TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 4,740 grams of cannabis flower, 924 grams of cannabis leaves, 685 units of various cannabis products, and 3 units of products with the cannabis universal symbol violation at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. from Arsenios Pachis, DBA High Times, located at 6826 S. La Cienega Blvd., Inglewood, CA 90302-1912.
