The property consists of 59 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, and flavor ban cigarettes; 48 packs of unstamped and flavor ban Seneca brand cigarettes; 545 units of flavor ban tobacco products; and 368 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, on March 17, 2026 at 11:45 a.m. from Hotspot Smoke Shop Inc., DBA Hotspot Smoke Shop, located at 1685 Pacific Coast Highway #C, Harbor City, CA 90710-2645.
