TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 24 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 95 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 35 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on September 1, 2026, at 7:37 p.m. from Little Grizzly LLC, DBA: Huff & Puff Smoke Shop, located at 120 Sunrise Ave., Roseville, CA 95661-3424.
