The property consists of 11 cartons and 37 packs of unstamped/out-of-state stamped cigarettes; 5 cartons and 59 packs of unstamped cigarettes; 32 grams of cannabis flower and 1,309 units of cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 1,112 units of commercial packaging, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on September 11, 2024, at 4:37 p.m. from Infinity Smokeshop LLC DBA: Infinity Smokeshop, located at 22 Washington St., Santa Clara, CA 95050-6131.
