This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34016 and 30436, August 5, 2026, at 10:40 a.m. from Yvonne L. Yan, DBA: Instar Smoke, located at 7382 Melrose Ave BLDG 1, Los Angeles, CA 90046-7527.
