The property consists of 1,215 units of taxed flavor ban other tobacco products, 51 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, 45 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape, 5 packs (100 sticks) of taxed flavor ban cigarettes, and 9 packs (180 sticks) of non-master settlement agreement taxed flavor ban cigarettes of various tobacco or tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, on April 15, 2026, at 11:41 a.m. from Rangpur, Inc DBA Jack's Jug Liquor, located at 6852 Rosecrans Ave., Paramount, CA 90723-3146.
