The property consists of seven units of THC vape and 37 units of other cannabis products, various brands, from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant of Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 6, 2025, at 11:17 a.m. from Jessie Joseph, DBA: Jax Smoke Emporium, located at 9520 El Camino Real, # A, Atascadero, CA 93422-5565.
