The property consists of 30 packs taxed flavor ban cigarettes; 792 units taxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 1,075 units untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape; 903 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 278 units presumed cannabis and cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on June 29, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. from JayJay Smoke Shop Inc., DBA Jay Jay Smoke Shop, located at 7705 Atlantic Ave. Ste. C, Cudahy, CA 90201-5073.
