The property consists of 223 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers; 42 grams of various cannabis flower and 132 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 1,053 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on June 9, 2025, at 2:10 p.m. from JD's Smoke and Vape Inc, DBA: JD's Smoke and Vape, located at 5029 El Camino Ave., Carmichael, CA 95608-4651.
