The property consists of: 457 units other tobacco products, various brands, flavor ban tobacco products; 1,704 units nicotine vape, various brands, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 325 units flavor enhancers, various brands, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 8 packs various brand cigarettes, unstamped. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 on May 6, 2026, at 2:10 p.m. from Arleta Smoke Shop, Inc. DBA: The Joints Smoke Shop located at 8965 Woodman Ave, Arleta, CA 91331-6402.
