The property consists of 165 units of other tobacco products, nicotine pouches, Alps brand for flavor ban tobacco products; 17 units of other tobacco products, hookah, various brands, various flavors for flavor ban tobacco products; 173 units of other tobacco products, cigarillos, various brands, various flavors for flavor ban tobacco products; 16 units of other tobacco products, nicotine toothpicks, various flavors for flavor ban tobacco products; 32 units of nicotine vape, various brands, various flavors, disposable device for flavor ban tobacco products; and 175 units of flavor enhancers, various brands, various flavors for flavor ban enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 on December 3, 2025, at 5:20 p.m. from Albert Maida, DBA JR Smoke Zone, located at 2616 Ventura Blvd., Ste. 108, Camarillo, CA 93010-6678.
