The property consists of: 959 units of untaxed other tobacco products; 513 units taxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 1,511 units of untaxed nicotine vape products; 2,330 units untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products, 1,071 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products, 72 packs of taxed flavor ban cigarettes and 420 units flavor ban flavor enhancers: 2 units of cannabis THC vape, 10 units of cannabis edibles and 7 items of other cannabis products. A total value of approximate retail value $91,141. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on April 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. from Surf City Trading, DBA: Jungle located at 17685 Beach Blvd., #A, Huntington Beach, CA 92647-6843.
