The property consists of 17 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers, 192 units of commercial packaging, universal symbol violation; 1,995 grams of cannabis flower, and 290 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. from Jovany E. Villa, DBA: JV Smoke Shop, located at 4106 Wible Rd., Bakersfield, CA 93313-2628.
