The property consists of 92 units of other tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products,;46 units of other tobacco products untaxed/flavor ban tobacco products; 4,412 grams of cannabis flower, branded and unbranded, and 527 units of various cannabis or cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 200 units of commercial packaging bags, universal cannabis symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Codes 22974.2 & 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on October 1, 2025, at 4:48 p.m. from Jovany E. Villa, DBA: JV Smoke Shop, located at 4106 Wible Rd., Bakersfield, CA 93313-2628.
