TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 204 units of various brands of nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, 132 units of various brands other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, 1606 units of various brands flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 672 units of various commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to the Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on April 23, 2025, at 11:55 a.m. from Unlimited Smokeshop, DBA: K-Town Smokeshop, located at 383 Sierra St., # 383, Kingsburg, CA 93631.
