This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2, and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code 30436, on October 15, 2025, at 12:34 p.m. from Basil Mubarkeh, et al DBA K 6 Smoke Shop, located at 628 E Avenue K Ste 105, Lancaster, CA 93535-4787.
