The property consists of: 438 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products and 81 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, 4,008 grams of cannabis flower and 832 units of cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business, 770 units of cannabis universal symbol violations. This property was seized pursuant Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on March 16, 2026, at 11:36 a.m. from Adan A. Torres, DBA: Kame House CBD, located at 3520 Stine Rd., Bakersfield, CA 93309-6300.
