The property consists of 200 units of various brands of other tobacco products, 916 units of various brands of nicotine vape, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products, 1044 units of various brands of other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, 1394 units of various brands of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers and 1637 units of various commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on July 30, 2026, at 11:45 a.m., from Faisal Kassem, DBA: Keyes Snacks & More, located at 5500 7th Street, Keyes, CA 95328-5446.
