The property consists of 292 packs of unstamped, non-MSA and Duty-free cigarettes, 11 packs of unstamped, flavor ban, non-MSA and Duty-free cigarettes, 218 packs of unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes, 1,024 units of flavor ban tobacco products, 262 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products and 100 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code 30436, on July 9, 2026, at 9:52 a.m. from Kings Discount Inc, DBA: Kings Discount, located at 2037 N. Baker St., Bakersfield, CA 93305-3063.
