The property consists of 1,085 grams of flower, 428 grams of leaves, and 400 units of various cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business, 321 units of untaxed/ flavor ban tobacco products, and 19 units flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on March 19, 2025, at 6:02 p.m. from, Kyree O.
