The property consists of: 1 pack unstamped and Colorado stamped cigarettes; 1 pack unstamped, flavor ban, and non-MSA cigarettes; 47 packs unstamped, U.S tax exempt, and flavor ban cigarettes; 2 packs flavor ban cigarettes; 10 units untaxed tobacco products; 27 units untaxed and flavor ban nicotine vape products; 502 flavor ban tobacco products; 744 units flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on January 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. from King Tut Liquor, Inc., dba: King Tut Liquor, located at 279 E. Base Line St., San Bernardino, CA 92410-3728.
