The property consists of 10 packs of unstamped, counterfeit stamp cigarettes; 136 packs of unstamped, U.S. tax exempt, non-MSA cigarettes;19 sticks of unstamped, Other state stamp, non-MSA cigarettes; 129 packs and 120 sticks of various brands unstamped, Other state stamp cigarettes; 125 packs of unstamped, non-MSA flavor ban cigarettes; 49 packs of unstamped, Other state stamp, non-MSA flavor ban cigarettes; 66 packs of unstamped, Other state stamp flavor ban cigarettes; 1 pack of unstamped flavor ban cigarette; 8,909 units of various untaxed tobacco products; 2,542 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 15 units of various cannabis or cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436, 30474, and 34016 on March 17, 2026, at 12:20 p.m. from Kulture Boys., DBA: Kulture Boys, located at 1457 E. Florence Ave., Unit 111, Los Angeles, CA 90001.
