The property consists of 538 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 253 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; 141 units of commercial packaging, envelopes, cannabis universal symbol violation; 3,945 grams of cannabis flower and 1,124 units cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Codes 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code 34016 on February 20, 2025, at 10:24 p.m., from Jaie Ngoc Truong, et al, DBA: Kush Doctor AKA Church of Holy Fire, located at 123 6th Ave., La Puente, CA 91746-2920.
