The property consists of 2,197 grams of cannabis flower and 288 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 74 units of nicotine vape products, various brands, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 98 units of other tobacco products, various brands, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 190 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Codes 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code 34016 on April 18, 2025, at 9:24 p.m., from Jaie Ngoc Truong, et al, DBA: Kush Doctor AKA Church of Holy Fire, located at 123 6th Ave., La Puente, CA 91746.
