The property consists of: 4 packs unstamped and non-MSA cigarettes; 12 packs US tax exempt and unstamped cigarettes; 2 packs unstamped cigarettes; 1 pack non-MSA cigarettes; 10 packs unstamped US tax exempt and non-MSA flavor ban cigarettes; 1 pack unstamped and non-MSA flavor ban cigarettes; 9 packs non-MSA flavor ban cigarettes; 7 units untaxed tobacco products; 173 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 277 units untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 22 units flavor ban tobacco products; and 8 units flavor enhancers were seized. The property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code Section 30436 on June 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. from Ghazi A. Ashkar, DBA: Kwik Stop Market, located at 9533 Foothill Blvd., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
