The property consists of 808 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 70 units of various nicotine vapes, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 372 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 50 units of cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on January 21, 2026, at 02:02 p.m. from Cigar & Vape Smoke Shop, Inc., DBA: Lava Smoke & Cigar, located at 17020 Condit Rd., Ste. 160, Morgan Hill, CA 95037-7231.
