The property consists of 420 sticks of cigarettes for flavor ban/unstamped/Missouri stamps; 20 sticks of cigarettes for flavor ban/unstamped/Missouri stamps/non-MSA; 80 sticks of cigarettes for favor ban & non-MSA; 52 units of other tobacco products; 1 unit of nicotine vape product; and 448 units of flavor enhancers; with an approximate value of $2,424. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 on October 9, 2025, at 11:45 a.m. from Legends Smoke Shop, Inc., DBA: Legends Smoke Shop, located at 44521 10th St W, Lancaster, CA 93534.
