The property consists of: 286 packs of unstamped cigarettes; 45 packs of unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 27 packs of flavor ban cigarettes;14 packs of non-MSA cigarettes; 10 packs of unstamped, non-MSA cigarettes; 11 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 2 packs of non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 265 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 288 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 on January 08, 2026, at 1:00 pm from Liquor Depot, Inc., DBA: Liquor Depot located at 27911 Jefferson Ave., Ste. 109, Temecula, CA 92590.
