The property consists of 14 packs of Timeless Time brand cigarettes, non-MSA; 992 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 187 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation code section 30436 on October 28, 2025, at 12:53 p.m. from Liquor Land Inc, DBA: Liquor Land at 8959 Mira Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA 92126-2716.
