The property consists of 3 packs of Non-MSA cigarettes; 10 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 18 packs of untaxed out-of-state stamped flavor ban cigarettes; 13 packs of untaxed US tax exempt flavor ban cigarettes; 592 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 1,156 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, 7 units of flavor ban nicotine vape products; 1,478 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; and 18 units of flavor enhancer products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 on August 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM from Saveway Spirits Inc, DBA: Los Alamos Wine & Spirits located at 39429 Los Alamos Rd. Ste A, Murrieta, CA 92563-5037.
