TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 281 units of various brands untaxed other tobacco products; 817 units of untaxed and flavor ban other tobacco products; 31 units of untaxed and flavor ban nicotine vape devices; and 446 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers at a licensed tobacco business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3, on September 23, 2026, at 12:15 p.m. from Lucky Dog Liquor LLC, DBA: Lucky Dog Liquor, located at 3615 Artesia Blvd., Torrance, CA 90504-3314.
