The property consists of 3 packs of Camel brand cigarettes, unstamped/out-of-state stamped; 1,074 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; and 186 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.3 on September 10, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. from Luckys Smoke Shop LLC, DBA: Lucky Smoke Shop, located at 633 23rd St., Richmond, CA 94804-1419.
