The property consists of: 132 units of tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products; 20 units of nicotine vape, various brands, disposable devices, untaxed tobacco products; 398 units of tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; four units of nicotine vape, various brands, bottles, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 160 units of nicotine vape, various brands, disposable devices, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 1,486 units various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on September 22, 2025, at 10:50 a.m., from Lux Gift Shop Inc., DBA: Lux Gift Shop Inc, located at 3024 Castro Valley Boulevard, Castro Valley, California 94546-5510.
