The property consists of: 15 sticks of Newport brand, unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes, 258 units of tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products; 16 units of nicotine vape, Float Mello brand, disposable devices, untaxed tobacco products; 267 units of tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 84 units of nicotine vape, various brands, disposable devices, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 14 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on January 20, 2026, at 12:32 p.m., from Ali A. Abdulla, DBA: Mac Stop Shop, located at 2025 MacArthur Boulevard, Oakland, California 94602-2214.
