The property consists of 403 units of various nicotine vape, untaxed, 190 units of various other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, 23 units of various nicotine vape, flavor ban tobacco products, and 677 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 on February 24, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. from Farhan M. Muthanna, DBA: Madera Cigarette Store, located at 1139 Country Club Dr., Madera, CA 93638-1537.
