The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 50 packs of unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, and non-MSA cigarettes, 17 packs of unstamped and U.S. Tax Exempt cigarettes, 71 packs of unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes, 6 packs of unstamped, flavor ban, and non-MSA cigarettes, 5 packs of unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, non-MSA cigarettes, 118 packs of unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, and flavor ban cigarettes, 208 units of untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products, 152 units of untaxed and flavor ban nicotine vape products, and 30 units of flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, 22974.3, 22978.3 on October 8, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. from Helen Thomas Investments, Inc, DBA: Magic Buzz, located at 304 E. Holt Ave., Pomona, CA 91767-5509.
