The property consists of 9 grams of cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 18 commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation; 565 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 32 packs of various out-of-state Missouri stamped cigarettes; 59 packs of various unstamped cigarettes; 288 units of various untaxed nicotine vape products and 21 units of various untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on October 16, 2024, at 3:48 p.m. from Magic Smoke Gift & More, DBA: Magic Smoke Gift & More, located at 364 El Camino Real, San Bruno, CA 94066-4946.
