The property consists of 173 units of other tobacco products, and 22 units of nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 329 units of other tobacco products and 649 units of nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 34 units of tobacco enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 on September 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM from Mamba Smoke and Headshop LLC DBA: Mamba Smoke and Headshop, located at 3224 Grand Ave., Oakland, CA 94610-2739.
