The property consists of four grams of unbranded cannabis flower, 139 units of various THC Vape, 164 units of various cannabis edibles, and 19 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant of Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on October 8, 2025, at 3:15 p.m. from Rami Akary, DBA: Mammoth Smoke Shop, located at 100 Old Mammoth Rd., Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546-6000.
