The property consists of 5,512 grams cannabis flower and 1,189 units of various cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business, 72 units untaxed tobacco products, and 6 units untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on July 24, 2025, at 8:23 p.m. from Jeremy Brown, DBA: Manchester Wellness Center, located at 962 W. Manchester Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90044-4933.
