The property consists of: 15 units of Geek Bar Pulse X nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 33 units of Game Leaf brand tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 92 units of various enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers, 15 units of Terpsey brand cannabis edibles, unlicensed cannabis business, and one unit of Terpsey brand cannabis spray, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on January 7, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., from Dynasty Enterprises, Inc, DBA Marina Liquor, located at 1265 University Ave., Berkeley, CA 94702-1724.
