The property consists of four packs of various brands cigarettes, flavor ban cigarettes; 122 units of various brands of nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 45 units of various brands of other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 805 units of various brands other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 26 units of various brands of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 34 units of various brands of other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business and one unit of cannabis universal symbol, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 5, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. from Marina Spirit Smoke Shop, Inc., DBA: Marina Spirit Smoke Shop, located at 3170 Vista Del Camino, Ste. D, Marina, CA 93933-2637.
