The property consists of 1,035 packs of various brands cigarettes, unlicensed business; 67 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped and Out-of-State New York stamped; 1,597 units of various brands other tobacco products and 13 units of various brands nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 1,294 units of various brands other tobacco products and 36 units of various brands nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 1,339 units of various tobacco flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 on July 31, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from Saucy Gift Shop Inc DBA: Market Plus, located at 10314 International Blvd., Oakland, CA 94603.
