The property consists of: 233 units of THC vape, various brands, disposable device for unlicensed cannabis business; 154 units of cannabis edibles, various brands, gummy candy for unlicensed cannabis business; 197 units of other cannabis products, various brands for unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on February 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. from MBE Smoke Shop Inc, DBA: MBE Smoke Shop Inc, located at 27536 Sierra Hwy, Santa Clarita, CA 91351-3088.
