The property consists of: 59 packs of Montego Menthol Gold 100's brand cigarettes for flavor ban cigarettes; 3,112 units of other tobacco products, various brands, various flavors for untaxed tobacco products and flavor ban tobacco products; 3,691 units of nicotine vape products; various brands, various flavors for untaxed tobacco products and flavor ban tobacco products; 65 unit of flavor enhancers, various brands, various flavors for flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3, February 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. from MBE Smoke Shop Inc, DBA: MBE Smoke Shop Inc, located at 27536 Sierra Hwy, Santa Clarita, CA 91351-3088.
