The property consists of: 2 units of non-MSA tobacco products; 105 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 68 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 104 units of untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products; 46 units of untaxed and flavor ban nicotine vape products; 8 units of flavor ban nicotine vape products; and 9 units of flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 on July 15, 2026, at 3:10 p.m. from Toni M. Salama and Afaf William Salama, DBA: McGrueders Liquor & Smoke Shop, located at 1943 River Rd., Norco, CA 92860.
