The property consists of 15 units of various brands nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products, 12 units of various brands other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, and 43 units of various brands flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to the Business and Professions Code section 22974.2(a)(1), on June 17, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. from Chahal and Sidhu Partners, DBA Mendota Food Mart, located at 918 Oller St., Mendota, CA 93640-2610.
