TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 27 packs of non-MSA, unstamped, and U.S. Tax Exempt Denim brand cigarettes; 125 units of various brands untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products; and 232 units of various brands flavor ban flavor enhancers at a licensed tobacco business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, on March 12, 2026, at 12:43 p.m. from MG Smoke Shop Inc., DBA MG Smoke Shop, located at 4003 S. Western Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90062-1635.
